Taster sessions / Luncheon Seminar Series – Sustainability

HKU-UBS SSILP is a new collaboration which seeks to:
1. Build capacity and competence of NPO current and future leaders; 2. Develop network and collaborations among NPOs, Philanthropies, Public Sector and Academics;
3. Incubate and innovate new projects that are sustainable.
To kick off the new initiative, the team is launching a series of lunch-and- learn ‘Taster’ Sessions hosted online to facilitate wide participation during our busy lunch time.
In this final SSILP Taster Session we will explore Sustainability through the perspective of a distinguished academic scholar and an experienced
NGO practitioner. Prof. Wai-Fung Lam from the Centre for Civil Society and Governance, HKU and Mr. Willy Kwong from A Plastic Ocean Foundation will discuss the trends and significance of Sustainability in the non-profit sector, as well as research-backed strategies for implementation. Participants are encouraged to actively interact with our panelists in this seminar.
Registration will close on 31 October 2022 (Monday) 17:00.
